Tax Return Review
Service available to Company Drivers as well as Owner Operators. Driver provides a copy of his/her tax return and supporting documents for review.
If we agree with the return, we give you the comfort of knowing it was done correctly as well as a guarantee which covers assisting with any IRS letter that you may receive concerning the return.
RATES: same for all drivers, company or O/O

Every driver is different so pricing is calcuated case by case. Pricing shown below are common examples, but contact me for additional information.
Company Drivers
Rates for company drivers start as low as $99.95 for the entire year. This is a real deal if you just want to have someone who will track your expesnes and keep your receipts for you. Call for details!
Full Service:
The driver provides receipts and trip reports including number of days out about every 6 weeks. He/she also provides information on any other income sources such as spouse, savings interest, etc.
We provide a quarterly summary showing income and tax situation insuring maximum deductions available and give advice based on this information.
RATES: (billed every 3 months)
• With quarterly review - $25.00 per month.
• With monthly review - $35.00 per month (if prefered).
• 10% discount applies if invoice is paid within 15 days of receipt.
• One time $35.00 set-up fee applies on all accounts. (no discount)
• Actual tax prep fees not included. If driver wishes to rap tax prep fees into package, add $35.00 per quarter.
Ask about discount for paying annually, up front.

Owner/Operators
Monthly, the driver provides settlements, receipts and trip reports including number of days out. Also provides information on any other income sources such as spouse, savings interest, etc.
We will provide a monthly summary and quarterly detailed statements showing true income for truck and tax situation insuring maximum deductions available and give advice based on this information.
Estimated tax information (commonly referred as Quarterly) and required filing forms will be provided as needed.
RATES: (billed every 3 months)
• Leased truck with quarterly review - $50.00 per month.
• Leased truck with monthly review - $65.00 per month.
• Purchasing truck with quarterly review - $60.00 per month.
• Purchasing truck with monthly review - $75.00 per month.
• 10% discount applies if invoice is paid within 15 days of receipt.
• One time $75.00 set-up fee applies on all accounts. (no discount)
• Actual tax prep fees not included. Ask for information if driver wishes to rap in tax prep fees.

Referral Bonus available to all drivers: With new driver who establishes account for 2 billing cycles, referring driver will get half off next invoice. No limit on how many drivers you may refer. 8 new drivers referred equals one year free service.
$25 service fee for any returned or invalid form of payment.
